Got these for the wife and she is one happy camper. They are very comfortable, and true to size with a great fit. While I know nothing about tap, she was outside on the deck doing some sort of rhythm thingie and I got a leg cramp just watching her do her exercises (which I didn’t even know was a thing.) Great taps and excellent quality shoes that she says are easily half the cost of other pairs she has had.

These taps have an amazing fit and are so comfortable! The leather is soft as butter. They have a great sound and being leather, they’ll last for a long time as long as you properly take care of them. And the $30 price tag isn’t too bad either! I definitely would recommend these!

I am a complete amateur tap dancer who dances for the pure fun of it. I have a pair of shoes that are suitable for a much better dancer but I ordered these because they are split sole. I really like them and find the split sole and the faux leather quite comfortable. I think they look nice too. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I followed the size chart and they are too small. My foot measures 9.25 inches, heel to toe, so I ordered women’s size 7.5, based the chart titled US Regular. Perhaps I do not understand how to interpret the size chart but a women’s size 8 or 8.5 would have been a better fit. These are not unwearable but my toe is pressed into the toe of the shoe. Otherwise, these are fun dance shoe and a good value.

I have 7.5 EEE feet in Women's sizes. I usually always wear an 8, and my feet compress in the shoe, but most shoes are a touch painful unless the material stretches.These shoes fit and molded to my feet like a dream immediately! (I got an 8). The interior is soft and felty, they are lightweight, and come with extra screws.My review is based on the FIT. I don't know much about tap shoe function as well as I know other dance shoe functions. With these, I just wanted to add to my collection of dance shoes. They hold great shape and give great shape to the feet. Super comfortable, A+

I am so in love with these tap shoes! The number one thing I'm impressed with is how comfortable they are. I was worried they sent the wrong size because they looked so small... But they were a perfect fit for my women's size 11 feet! Shoe material is sturdy yet flexible, the sole bends intuitively with my foot while dancing. Metal plates are adjustable and the company sends extra screws in case you lose some. Price is incredible for the quality, I would expect to pay no less than $60 for these if I had purchased them at a dance supply shop. Excellent choice for entry level tappers.

I took tap lessons all through school and a bit after I was married. Now 30 years later after seeing my great nieces taking lessons, I got the urge again. When I saw these, I decided it was time if they had my size- ladies 11 and they did. As soon as they arrived, I put them on and started tapping away. They are very comfortable and sturdy. I can't wait to attend the drop-in class I found.

I got these for clogging. They worked out great. I have fairly wide feet and they fit comfortably. The material is sturdy but has enough give to be comfortable. The taps are well made and have a good sound. They look nice too.
