It also provide easier access to the ends of larger diameter spindles and have many other between center applications. Polished and hardened steel, the prongs sharpened for a great grip and control.

I turn some small project pieces that require turning between centers. The 3/8" is perfect for my needs. Bites in well to the end grain and holds. I would recommend this to anyone who turns small pieces.

I use it for very small turnings between centers. Duh.It works.But you do have to be careful to get the prongs embedded sufficiently or it will spin. DAMHIK.

Photo does not match item description.Photo shows a 3/4 inch drive and the text is 3/8ths.Initial delivery for this product was a set of five sanding spindles which I returned, but, have not received credit.Two days later I received what I thought was another wrong product. Double checking the product description, I discovered the error.However, looks like a good miscue and I need to try a tiny drive for some of my tiny turnings.Scoring a 1 star for the numerous Amazon errors. Will update if gets corrected and it all turns out good.Update: After immediately returning the sanding spindles Amazon incorrectly sent, it took them two weeks to finally acknowledge the return. Extremely poor customer service.

Really pissed off that I didn’t read the reviews. I just looked at the picture and determined that would do. It’s such a tiny end it’s only useful for turning pens! I’m shocked that PSI would leave the wrong picture after previous complaints!!!
