This is a nice multi-purpose item for my kitchen. It will certainly make a good trifle bowl, but it could also be used for any kind of storage--flour, sugar, noodles, etc. The glass is thick and seems sturdy. The bamboo lid fits tightly, effectively sealing the canister. I wouldn't describe this as a "large" trifle dish, but it is a nice size for my household. Two thumbs up!

This trifle bowl will work well. I like that.The lid has a very snug and secure seal. I will say however I don't consider this to be a large trifle bowl. I have a best friend that trifles all the time and hers is large. I would describe this one as more of a medium... If you have around 8 people .... It will still like work for serving size

This large trifle bowl is well made. It is a solid and thick glass bowl with a lot of volume and comes with a wooden lid with a silicone ring that provides a nice seal. The design is very simple and it is easy to clean. The top and bottom are stable and flat so you can also take this in your car pretty easily and even put stuff on top of it. It also makes for a nice presentation because it is clear.

I ordered this trifle bowl so I would have a pretty way to present desserts for family dinners. It is very pretty with a wood lid and a nice size for desserts. I like that it is a modern version that sits nicely on the table. Very pretty and nice thick glass

The trifle bowl is smaller than I expected, but still quite large. It easily serves 6 to 8 people, making it perfect for parties. I particularly like the wooden top and the sturdy feel of the glass bowl, too.

This trifle bowl is awesome! It's pretty large and the glass is pretty thick. Does not feel fragile. The lid fits on tight to keep it air tight.

I've been using this now for a few days for a dessert and to hold decorative items on my table without the lid, and so far, it has performed exactly how I wanted it to. I especially appreciate that the handle on the top is nonexistent and that there's just a slight lip to lift the lid off of the glass container easily, so when I'm traveling with it, I can stack things on top of it without worrying about whatever stacked on top teetering to and fro because of something disturbing the stability in the center of the lid.
