We bought the backpack and the strap was broken. We exchanged it for a new one, it hasn't been used for a month yet and the zipper is already broken. I don't recommend it.

This backpack didn’t even last my child 1 month at school. Every zipper is broken and unable to be used already! So disappointing because this is my son’s favorite team and was proud to wear to school everyday.

I received the backpack and noticed that one of the zippers had broken. I returned it and Amazon sent a replacement. On the second day with the new backpack, another zipper broke. This is a terrible product and will not last.

The zippers will not zip right. They do not zip closed the open up. So disappointed especially since it is not a cheap backpack.
