I purchased this Hydrocollator heating unitThat arrived in Aug 2024 / after almost 5 months the unit quit heating! $468 is allot of money to spend for a unit that does not work!Disappointed after calling Amazon Customer service (run around) gave me disconnected phone numbers to manufacturer. Told theHigh priced item is not under warranty. Know people who have had these units for 15 plus years and they are still working great ! There definitely should be help when a product stops working in this short of a time !! DisappointingGive this product a review on zeroNone !
