They have used a cheap set of staples to connect the tow pieces together. This is not adequate enough to keep the two boards under the weight of the mattress together . So, they get separated and mattress sinks in and you hear a crunching noise. I put plastic rubbers as support and used duck tapes to connect it together and to the side. It's ugly but covered it. They need to do a better job.10-21-2024Duck tape broke too , I shoved boxes under it but that didn’t help either , so I put metallic rods from one side to the other and for now by this Frankenstein board I have kept the mattress up. If the had enough IQ and had provided few metalic sheet instead of a staple this disaster had not happened and I would not have suffered with back pain. Zero star no even worse minus five star.

I have a 100% latex queen size mattress and it’s heavy. Nowadays you buy a bed frame and the only support of the mattress is some type of separate bar framing that’s not a solid piece of wood. Well this is a frame with the same separation that’s not very supportive. It’s covered by thinly veiled fabric that looks good. I wouldn’t buy it again.

This is a hollow one with fewer bars but “nicely” covered with the cloth. It is useless. I was expecting a hard board but sad
