Fits my 2003 3.4l Tacoma perfectly and works as it should. Took a few minutes of patience as there is not much room for tools as I didn’t remove the alternator. I reached it from below by removing the skid plate. The wire connnector came off by squeezing the button and using a small screwdriver to ease it off. I used both an open end and box end 24mm wrench for the loosening and tightening, and a 24mm deep socket and fingers (no room for rachet) to turn while loose. A half-cup of oil came out, be ready with a rag.

I thought my 3.4 4Runner was finally giving out on me after 264k miles. Turned out to be the oil pressure switch. Glad I found this OEM/Genuine Toyota switch to replace the bad one with. The 3.4 is still running great! This is just a pressure switch and not a pressure sending unit that reads/tells actual pressure.

Item as advertised, but why didn’t take over 3 weeks to ship this less than 200 miles? This looks like a pattern with this seller.

I bought this for my 2004 Toyota Tacoma with the 5VZ-FE V6 engine and it fits as expected. A few tips:- Use thread sealant (can buy at auto store for $2) or plumber’s thread tape on the threads so that oil doesn’t leak back out in the future- This sensor does not screw in all the way, so don’t force it in tighter when it stops spinning (this is normal from what I can tell)- Be careful unplugging the old sensor, as the plug is made out of plastic and brittle with age- You will need a 24mm socket and a thin-headed socket wrench to remove the old sensor

It was leaking really bad from there. I just drove my corolla 1200 miles and it's not leaking from there.

This is a genuine Toyota part and fits perfectly, both into the head of the engine and the electrical connection. Put an end to the oil leak that I had on my 2002 Camry with the 2.4L engine.
