They have a nice fit and snap into place firmly. I sleep like a crazy person and typically loose my nose rings at night but since switching to these I haven’t had an issue

Too long for my nostril, plus the gems were not flat-back so they stick out funny. I'm using them in my ears, and the posts are even a bit long for that. Quality seems fine, but they're not exactly what I hoped for.
