This is my second time buying these! The first one lasted right at 2 years. I need this exact item in front of a gated walkway. It unrolls based upon the amount of rain. The tight really is a twisty tie which I didn’t use. The first year I just slide it over the down spout but if it was windy it would blow off. I used a zip tie and it stays in place. I would highly recommend for any location that you can’t have a permanent tube.

It did not perform. Did not roll out, ripped off my downspout because it twisted in the wind. Took them off and threw them away! Terrible product, total waste of money. Run away from this item.

Some Frost King Extenders say they automatically roll back up. As a buyer, you need to read the print. Not all automatically roll back up. This version says, "Roll Back Up Manually To Get It Out of the Way of Lawn Mowing." I had assumed all of them automatically rolled back up. Since I want them to roll back up automatically, I'll return them and find another product that meets my needs.

Product is way overpriced for what you get. Will not roll out or back without you doing it. Also creases and blocks flow. Your better off to install a regular drain pipe.

We had purchased this product in the past and was happy to get replacements. There was a snafuu in the delivery--but it was very quickly rectified. So we can't complain.

I love these and actually attached 2 together to use so water doesn't build up near my foundation and leads towards the back of my yard. Highly recommend these, although I hate that I can't use them all winter.

I was hoping this product would move the water from the leader to the yard but it's useless. Wish I didn't purchase the 4 pack because 3 are sitting unused :( The plastic is very thin and moves with the littlest breeze catching the water and backing it up.

No rain as yet to see if these work as expected but did attach to downspouts very easy.Will update at a later when I've had an opportunity to see these work.

Works OK but needs more drainage holes. I didn't think the twist ties provided would be strong enough so I used cable ties threaded through the plastic and secured to the downspout. Works fine with no problems so far.

I had purchased two Drain Away products from Frost King previous to these ones, they are spring loaded and roll up automatically, I didn't notice that these ones had to be manually rolled up, that's why they are less money. They also don't come with the foam piece to wrap around the downspout which helps to keep them attached to the downspout.
