When I was scrolling, looking for my next paint by number, I loved the bright colors of this one. The perfect answer to these gray, gloomy, February days.Based on some of the negative reviews I have read, I have a few recommendations for anyone 'new' to the paint by number scene. Buy extra brushes. This kit came with 3, but you can get a whole set for not a lot of money. Also get a magnifying glass. What a game changer! It might take a couple 'dabs' to cover the numbers when it's a light or pastel color like white or yellow. Finally, don't sweat the small stuff. Literally, the teeny tiny little lines/squares/circles. Don't expect to be able to paint into those shapes. It's a dab of the color you are after. Have fun!

It was fun and the finished product matches the photo. I'm giving it a 4 because it is listed as a beginners kit. I'm a beginner and felt there were too many small details for a beginner. Also, several of the paint colors are very translucent requiring several coats of paint.

This is a nice little DIY for the bathroom or office space. I was looking for a cute design on canvas to decorate between the mirrors in my bathroom. At first I thought this was a printed canvas with color, I didn't realize it was a paint-by-number. Well I was pleasantly surprised. The colors match the picture exactly and the paint quality it great. I recommend doing one color at a time, especially if you will do it here and there over the course of a few months. This will help ensure the paint doesn't dry out before you're finished. Highly recommended for the plant lovers.
