Installation Steps
- Align the clip of the Hydrofoil Stabilizer with your outboard motor lower beam .
- Tap Fin in gently with a rubber mallet or wood.
- Adjust the position and use a drill to drill holes (try to ensure the straight hole position).
- Install the screw washers .

It's like night and day we both porpoises or has trouble coming out of the water you put these on there and it jumps right out of the water and runs flat worth the money

I have a 21ft sea pro and the bow has always been hard to control even with trim tabs it stayed pretty high in the air. After installing this product it's like having a brand new motor. Boat gets to plane faster, ride seems more stable, and control seems night and day in rough waters. Hated I had to drill into the motor but after using it I can't see myself owning a boat without the fins. Can't beat it for the price.

Does what you may need but may take off. 4 stars is not necessarily fair, any fin may slow you down due to increased drag if it remains in water rather than above water when on plane.Only 2 bolts a side, thought it may need 3 but is a solid fit and as it’s two parts it was a good choice so as not to have to mess with a possible bad fit.Mounted on a 2000 mercury 125.I Lost 2mph WOT, but gained ability to plane at lower speed, and porpoise bounce is reduced on my rig in light chop.The hope is that there is fuel savings at lower speeds, time will tell.A lower pitch prop would have given more or less the same result, yet this is certainly cheaper than a prop. (I got to keep my SS this way)However, there is a possible bonus safety factor with a wider wing… say, when you power up close to a buoy or rock and hit the wings, not whack the prop… dont ask.
