Haven't had a chance to use it as a secondary backup battery assist for my truck but it does look well made. But the outside insulations diameter looks smaller than what I was expecting hopefully the inside copper cable that truly matters is 6 gauge. I'm expecting it is. If it works as expected that I'm happy with my purchase.

item reviewed: END GAME 3ft 6AWG 3/8lugs Premium Battery CablesThis is a nice supple/flexible cable but it does smell strongly of rubber when first opened so I'm guessing that the insulation is not PVC or silicone :-) The info in the listing says "EPDM (rubber) insulation" and I can confirm that it certainly smells like it.There is quite a bit of information printed on the cable and (unlike most) the printing is very easily readable. See the pictures if you want to read it for yourself. This cable is quite flexible despite the thick 6AWG size and is in the upper end of the quality range I've seen, being noticeably better than some of the generic ones with stiff insulation that I've seen.

I got this single positive wire to use in a DIY spot welding project using a transformer from a microwave.ProsThe cable looks like it is made of copper.ConsNoneOverall, it was the perfect length to wrap 3 times around the transformer block and worked exactly as I needed it to.

I got this to create a set of pigtail adapters to connect my MPPT charge controller to my battery using an anderson plug. So I got this in half and attached the cut ends to the anderson plug, and used the 2 terminals to connect to the battery. Worked perfect, and the wire is indeed pure copper.

Everything about the cable feels premium. It has tinned lugs. The heat-shrink is thick and glued. It is very flexible. I'm sure it would be just fine for most use-cases. However, there is no UL certification, it smells funny (I know that's weird but seriously it does), and the certification choices are odd to me.-SAE J1127 covers low voltage battery cable, less than 60V. So I'm not sure why that is printed next to 600V on the jacket.-RoHS is the European Union's Recognition of Hazardous Substances stamp of approval. I don't really care if my battery cables are certified to use non-hazardous substances by the EU. I'm just being honest. I would have much rather seen UL certified or recognition.4/5 stars, thanks!

This cable is extremely flexible and the terminals are crimped extremely well. It is a high price point compared to DIYing some, but definitely acceptable if only buying a few of these cables for some short connections. It's exactly as described and just works.I am using this for a rewound microwave oven transformer as the secondary coil and it is easily able to pulse at hundreds of amps without heating up. For continuous applications, I would stay within the gauge amperage rating.
