It took me a very long time to decide what staple gun to purchase because there are so many options yet many seem to have problems or they are very expensive. I don't need one very often so I didn't want to spend a lot but wanted to make sure the one I bought works well; this one is easy to use and does a GREAT job. Just the right size and I love that it's electric; I tried manual staple gums but didn't have the strength to use them. I love this one because it's so simple to use and the right price

This one is an interesting review. It doesn’t jam as much as I anticipated, though the staples that come with the unit are very feeble. I use this on a very thin rug to mount to stairs as a runner, and roughly half of the staples needed to be discarded. I suspect that buying Heavier duty staples can solve this problem.

Constant feeding/jamming problems, beware! I was using 5/16" Arrow T-50 staples, and the gun worked okay for the first few rails of staples, then started constantly jamming. It appears that the track the staples ride in is too wide, and the staples can roll, causing them to get stuck under the spring-loaded follower. When you pull the tray out, the follower gets more stuck, making for a holy terror of a mess. What a cheap piece of junk. Returned it, and am buying a (hopefully) higher quality staple gun.

Purchased the staple gun for a home upholstery project. The gun work without fail, never jammed, set the Staples perfectly. No need to buy something elaborate when this will do the perfect job
