Followed the instructions to the letter. I charged this to full upon receiving it. My son then attempted to test out the scooter, but pressing the button does nothing at any point. The instrument (led) panel doesn't show anything either, and the motor in the scooter does turn on regardless of what we try.I'm chatting back and forth with manufacturer customer support and they are asking that I take apart the scooter to check the electrical connections instead of just offering a replacement of paying for return and refund. This seems like a bit much to ask from the customer but I will update this review when all is said and done.Unfortunately, the motor in the scooter doesn't work at all so I can't speak to the speed, battery life, or anything else related. I can, however, say it's a nice looking scooter and the folding functionality seems helpful for storage. With that said, there seems to be some quality issues and would not recommend purchasing this item.

The product seems sturdy and looks really cool, it seemed to be working fine then we took it outside to ride on a perfectly flat surface without any water, and after a few minutes, it just stopped working. With the button held down fully it was intermittent. It would start to roll and then it would stop, it has a full charge. Was really disappointed otherwise they seem like a really cool toy, they’re not too fast, in this case it’s really not too fast.
