We took it out of the box and set it up for our son to use. He got on pushed off and pushed the button on the handle to accelerate and the button fell back into the handle, like it was broken, and we can’t get the button back out. This makes the scooter unusable as an electric scooter. Very disappointed as he was so excited and it was broken in the first few seconds.
