This saved me from a terribly droning LG mini split. The replacement job is not for someone inexperienced, but in all, I think the most time consuming part was cleaning the blower wheel. The hardest part was taking the controller out. The motor swap part itself was super easy.I just bought four of these motors for far less than I could have paid for ONE from local sources. Even so, the last time I had a noisy mini split, the motor was well over $300! So took this opportunity to get extras for next time (this is also part of a two head unit), before the price skyrockets.The only thing that pains me is that all these motors are built to not be serviceable. Replacement bearings should be under $1.
