These are perfect for our sons, 7 & 9 yo, 52" tall. Our boys naturally run warm. These are perfect for school and outdoor activities up to about 35F without snow pants. On cold days, Duofold varitherm layered with snow pants keep our sons well insulated. These are so well made and inexpensive Mom and Dad wear them as well. No more chilly legs. The material is not great. Nonstretch back or compression look . After a few washes it looks like baggy silky pajamas! I wanted my son to wear these thermals under soccer gear but it’s just wrong the way they look.

I bought these and several of the other similar underclothes. These are the only ones that did not snag and did not pick up every piece of hair from the entire house. Also a bonus that they do not have an underwear opening in the front since my 5 year old likes to wear them in public for things like gymnastics.They seem very durable!

The length was a little longer than we might expect, but he will need that room to grow, so that is great! He uses these for both skiing and running.
