this past year made me into more of an ammo hoarder as i have been having trouble locating a few calibers that i want when i want them. needed to buy these so i don't need to worry about moisture in my ammo cans or safe. i really wouldn't be able to tell if they work unless i introduced moisture in there on purpose, but they seem fine for now and there are no signs of them changing color or anything.

I purchased these packets to put inside the storage bags we wrapped the beds in, to help them while they stayed in storage for over a week in the humid FL heat. They worked well. Wonder how it will be when we pull the last mattress out which will have been in storage for a longer period of time. Will have to update when we get that one opened. Overall, a good purchase and I would probably buy again for other needs.

I can a lot of food and also dry pack my herbs and these are great at preventing condensation and keeping items dry and moisture free. Also use them in my flour and rice canisters.

This is a good product, and consistent with other items from this manufacturer. Reasonably priced and useful in so many ways, the larger pack is filled with small packets of silica gel, which can be included in items you're shipping, or storing, provided you can create a sealed environment, such as in a Zip-Loc® bag. So easy to use.We routinely order this and similar products from "Dry & Dry," via amazon, and keep finding useful applications.Highly recommended.

I’ve not had the chance to use them yet but, I’ve seen them used in other products and they have worked great! Nothing was wet!

We make a lot of jerky, usually 8-12 pounds at a time, and sometimes store it in the fridge for a few weeks at a time while we nom our way through all the latest flavors. I used to keep moisture down by keeping paper towels in with the jerky and replacing them when they were damp. I really like these desiccant packets much better. I don't bother recharging them, although I might in the future. They really seem to keep the jerky extra dry, which means it keeps even longer. I purchased several sizes to use in mason jar storage of home-dried goods. Just pop 1 or more into the jar and screw the lid on tight. Helps to cut down on waste of food growing fuzzies because dampness invaded the jars. For double duty, use these and vacuum seal the jar.

I use these in certain items that I dehydrate and put in jars. They work well at keeping things dry. This package will last me a long time, as the sachets are reusable! I love using these and would buy again.
