The Geotick Back Seat Extender creates a firm ‘floor’ on top of the backseat which produces a stable and secure riding area for the pups. Though they mainly sleep on car rides, they no longer end up in the footwell valley from previous hammock-style back seat covers. The fit in the back of a VW Taos is sturdy and tight, with no gaps or loose flaps or stray straps—very neat. The feature of being able to engage the seatbelts was essential as I attach the dogs‘ harnesses to the seatbelt, and the mesh screen-covered window gives great sightline for both myself and the pups. All around a very well-designed and well-considered product that I am pleased to have found and purchased.

Fantastic product. Fits the seat and headrests perfectly. Dog is safer enclosed. Should have a covering for the board. Pretty hard.

Perfect for our German Shep and our med-lg size mutt, they seem to enjoy that it has a more solid bottom than our last one. Very easy to clean and dries pretty quickly. Husband and I drive a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 and it fits like a glove.

This seat protector fits perfectly in my 2020 Ford Edge. I have 2, adult Cavaliers (approximately 14 pounds each) that love to travel with us. It's roomy enough for both dogs, 2 dog beds, and a few toys to keep them busy during the road trip. The space below the extended bottom board can be used for duffle bags. When not in use, it folds up and stores easily in the storage bag that is included with the product. We also use a seat belt leash that attaches to the dogs' harnesses that gives them enough room to move comfortably, but not wander all over the car. This seat protector easy to set up, easy to clean, easy to store... great product!

It is rare I write a review for products sold through Amazon. I spent quite a bit of time reviewing all the similar products. I finally selected this pet couch/bed/seat protector. I have a full size pickup truck and the product fit well on the back bench seat. Although I had read one review for this product complained that the zippers were on the outside of the “liner” l, I found it made total sense to have them on the outside where I actually removed the dog. The straps were very well designed and wrapped around the head pad posts. The straps fitting over the “ hand supports” worked well. The material was acceptable though I recommend a thicker bottom board to better support my full size dog. I did use a folded moving blanket to raise the back of the floor where it was angled downward on the seat slanting toward the back of the seat. This worked well in leveling the floor the product. It was packed well and it designed to fold easily and slips into the storage bag easily. Overall, a great value for this unique product. I am pleased with the product and would recommend it for pet travel. In fact, I recommended it to my son for his full size dog and he is also pleased.

I recently bought a SUV, with Captains Chairs in 2nd row. My large +70# white dog that sheds heavily can now lay down in the full backseat. Yes it bridges the gap between seats. My dog has added traction and does not slip or slide nore does the cover.Top 5 reasons why to purchase1. Easily installs / uninstalls with 4 clips and easy Storage.2. Protects the seats from scratches Sand, water, drool, and dirty paws3. Un clip, shake and 90% of hair dirt shale off4. Provides Stability for pets and extends backseat to 8 - 12 inches.5. Butt after your dogs are in seat, you zip up sides and protects you door panels from scratches, provides my dogs a secure place to ride safely due to velcro flaps that you can connect a seat belt to their harness!(Never use a seat belt on a collar as could choke you pet)10 stars!Returned 4 other ones and door panels as they didn't fit!

Bought this for our cross-country trip (Washington State to Florida!) for our two small dogs and they loved it! We drove 3800 miles over 6 days and our furbabies were relaxed and enjoyed the ability to move around as needed without getting the car dirty as we were driving during the winter and there was a lot of mud and dirt they tracked in. The product was SUPER EASY to set up and tear down and put away once we arrived. Definitely recommend this for anyone traveling with pets. Stores nicely in its case when not in use - lays flat so it doesn't take up any room. We will be using it at least twice a year as we cross the country on our trips to and from Florida!
