I just got a silicone mold to make lava cakes and this is going to be perfect for the filling. Not to mention all the cupcakes with gooey delicious centers. The tool is easy to use, just pull back on the plunger end and push. The center of your baked goods comes right out, leaving behind a nice sized hole to fill with your favorite creams. Enjoy!

Ehhhhh so so. Very hard to use. Go for the plastic version as it is much easier to use.

It works fine making the hole, but then you have to dig the cake out yourself because it does not pull it out.
