The worn look on the Micarta Handles looks very nice, like a work of art!The handle may throw some less experienced off but the handle adds to its functionality in several ways.A nice portion of the spine is able to spark a rod, and the rounded edge makes nice for batoning.Nice thickness.This takes everything to the next level because of the well thought design!I would like to see a better designed more versatile sheath for this knife. I wouldn’t mind buying a better more versatile sheath separately.

If the blade was centered during initial grinding the tool would be more useful and could have been sharpened better. This has been fixed but disappointing for a blade company known for good products.

I love CRKT products and own countless pieces. Unfortunately the fit and finish on the Nax I received was bad.The edge isn't all that sharp and is not centered on the bade.The fit up of the handle to the tang isn't what I expect from CRKT.I bought it to add to the collection because it's different but I believe this one skipped quality control.

Blade is very good, grip is good. We use the knife for 3 years now , chop the wood, and e.t.cIts safe because it has lockability

Is it an axe, a knife, or chisel? Not sure, but it absolutely does work! Great look, super sturdy. Thought it looked novel but wanted to try it. Definitely don’t regret it!

The item I received was a cheap nock off. The shape and size are accurate, but nothing else is close to the actual item. The sheath is a thin fake leather not Kydex as is described by CRKT. The blade is not stone washed, but painted black. The handle is some kind of plastic. The knife came wrapped in Saran Wrap in a very cheap box. Be careful if buying this!

I have been tracking this item since it came out, like the brand, the designer, the materials, was a little too high in price for me. Waited until it priced dropped then ordered, three hours later after ordering price dropped again. AMAZON was great and quick to correct the order price and customer service was great. Now I opened the package, the tape seals were already broken opened, the Nax was extremely oily, blade VERY dull, cannot even cut regular sheet paper, I am not sure, but I think I got an Amazon return rather than a new item. I know overall probably not a huge issue just ended up not really being what I was expecting.

Funciona bien como hacha ligera, pero solo eso, ligera. Al tener un peso moderado, no te va a ayudar en tareas que requieran mayor fuerza.Como cuchillo el filo es corto, y de hecho no vino muy afilado de fábrica.Creo que al querer hacer una herramienta versátil, que haga de cuchillo y hacha, se queda corta en ambos casos.
