It fits perfectly in the BBE grinder. The finish is sturdy and robust to accidental scuffs, dings, and scratches. It has a nice weighty feel, without being too heavy. Unoffensive dark color looks good with most setups. Big enough to hold more than enough grounds for just about any espresso or filter brew, but small enough to fit neatly in a drawer, or to just hang off the BBE grinder's portafilter holder. It also works surprisingly well as a dosing cup for weighing out whole beans, RDT spray, and pouring them into a single-dose grinder (like Niche or 1zpresso), due to the relatively narrow opening. Also it weighs exactly 130.0g so you can figure out the weight of your beans if you forget to hit the tare button on your scale. For RDT, I prefer to put my hand over the opening and shake the beans after spraying, to distribute the water evenly before grinding. Just don't try to grind espresso grounds into the cup after RDT, because then you'll get a wet espresso mud mess. Maybe get one for dosing whole beans and one for transferring grounds into the basket.

This is a must have for a home barista. I was getting very frustrated how messy making coffee in the morning was becoming after we got our new espresso machine. It saves so much coffee and prevents so much mess and with some measuring it can give you a consistent amountwith out as much waste. Before we got this dose cup we got coffee everywhere. Now we can grind espresso directly into the dose cup with our Breville espresso machine, no overflowing coffee into the potafilter with the poper amount. Fits perfectly into the basket to prevent over flow and give you a chance to distribute the coffee without spilling all over. It's made of stainless steel its very durable, I fell better about using it over plastic and aluminum. On the downside I feel it's very spendy for what it is but I'm sure it will last for years.

Love this dosing cup...It allows me to measure the beans and grind them per extraction a little easier. It adds a little to your workflow but it is easier to work with than original setup from factory.

This is a nice, albeit expensive Dosing Cup for what it is. Works. Good size. Easy to use with no issues. Just not sure it is worth the price.

Got tired to making a mess when transferring ground coffee from the grinder dozing cup to the portafilter.With this dosing cup, it fits perfectly with the bottomless portafilter. The coffee grind mess is very minimal to none. Happy with the purchase. The dozing up itself is nicely made, has some weight to it. I am using it with niche zero coffee grinder. My coffee maker is Breville Infuser. The bottomless portafilter is 54mm.Very expensive (in my opinion) for what it is and what it does.Everything fits nicely.I recommend this product.

I've upgraded to another espresso machine that now takes 58mm accessories. This product is ideal and serves it's intended purpose for espresso products requiring 54mm. I have found out that Crema products are well made and good materials. The product is ideal for espresso lovers who do not wish to spend and arm or leg on obtaining espresso accessories. I've seen dosing cups into the hundreds and for my purposes this Crema does the same thing. I would not by this again, as I no longer have a 54mm, but I will for their 58mm. They're good, serviceable, and practical. You won't be disappointed.

I had such an issue with my Breville Barista Pro... the grounds would also overfill the portafilter. The only way I could keep them from spilling all over the place was to grind less coffee--to the point that its as never -enough- coffee. And even then, when I would go to tamp it, I had to be super careful otherwise the pyramid of grounds would spill all over the place.This dosing cup is great. It fits into the grinder spot perfectly, and all the grinds just go straight in the cup. Then I can put the portafilter on over the top of the dosing cup, flip it over, and give it a few good shakes and a couple good bangs on the countertop to get all the grounds pretty well distributed. And ENOUGH coffee finally! Then I can tamp it easily and go about my way.I guess you can also use it to weigh out beans for single-dose grinds, but that's too much effort for me ;)

I recommend this dosing cup to all espresso enthusiasts. It helps a lot for dial in and day to day use. It helps a lot with coffee distribution in portafilter as well. Quality is superb and impressive.
