I recently purchased the MFC Large Boat Box for a fly fishing trip to Cuba. It was perfect for a trip requiring many flies, variety, etc.… Excellent design, quality, etc.… The only issue I experienced was a broken small latch that had nothing to do with the box and all to do with airline baggage handlers. I highly recommend this product.

This is a great, strong, durable box. Like everything else with fly fishing, it ain’t cheap but it’s worth the cost, imo.

I ordered this for a Christmas gift. It is all scratched up with black marks on the writing. It looks used. I expected more for a $99 box. VERY DISAPPOINTED.Don't have time to replace it before Christmas.

We take many flies of all sizes to Argentina to fish the rivers and lakes. Until buying these fly boxes, we had many smaller boxes and it was a challenge to find the right flies on any given fishing day. Now we have them organized and can quickly select what we need for a specific day, put them in a smaller box for our vests...and go. We can also see at a glance what we need to restock for our next trip down. If we are traveling around for a few days, we can always just take these big boxes with us and know we have everything we need. Perfection.

This is the best boat box on the market. It is tough, durable, waterproof and can hold a ton of flies. I use this as my streamer box in the boat or for transporting my streamers to the river and put the flies in a smaller box.

The 2 front clips are missing wich make it impossible to totally closed and be waterproof. There is some wear and scratch on the box that look like it was used.
