I was skeptical at first because of the 2 size charts (one for Amazon and one for the company brand). I am vey busty (34 E) and gained a little bit more weight around the middle since pandemic but long torso and worried if this would be too short! I presumed I would order XL even though the suggestion was a Large. I am so glad I ordered up and happy I didn’t follow the advice of others saying they purchased 3X!!! That would have been way too large. The back has awesome ties the thickness of shoelace heaviness for tying up the corset as snug as you can stand it. The front closures are difficult to secure without help from someone but they were really sturdy. I kept checking on them most of the night just in case they popped open and no mishaps!The leather boning on the outside is well made and holds its shape. I also was looking for a less expensive option than this one but it most definitely exceeded my expectations!! LOVED the color, loved the fit, loved the style and happy I purchased this particular one.Everyone at my gala had black or white corsets for their Steampunk outfits and I was the only one with this dark brown and it was perfect. I purchased a black lace blouse to wear underneath. The chains did not fall off and they added to the whole look of my outfit. Best made corset I have found! Would highly suggest it but definitely go with your instinct on sizing. I measured 45” in bust and the sizing would have had me at the 3 or 4X and that would have been extremely wrong!

I bought the Steampunk Gothic Corset w/Chains. I measured and RE-measured (even though I know my measurements), following the guidelines. Per the size chart, & going by my waist measurement, I should’ve been a 3XL (1” above natural waistline = 33.1”-34.4”), but I decided to order a 2XL, figuring I could cheat a little since there’s plenty of lacing for adjustment.I was blown away when the corset arrived. The quality of fabric, construction, and detailing suggest a garment that could easily cost 3 times as much. I didn’t have anyone to help me tighten the lacing, so - having worn corset-type garments before - I did a lot of adjusting of the lacing before I tried it on for the first time. What a disappointment!! While it fit well in the waist - it was a bit snug, as a waist cincher should be - my ladies, which AREN’T small, didn’t even BEGIN to be covered. After almost an hour of taking it off & re-adjusting the laces several times, I had to give up. There was just no way this was gonna fit both my bust AND my waist. And BTW, the metal loop-over-stud closures were a friggin’ nightmare to work!With no undergarments on my bust is 39” & my waist is 34-35”. I wear a size 34DDD bra (professionally fitted size). I have several lighter weight (cotton & spandex or silk w/lining) bustier-type dress tops in sizes 12 or 14 which fit me fine. They have lightweight (likely plastic) boning for shaping & support, and my ladies are definitely NOT falling out of them.I think it’s bass-ackwards to buy this garment to fit your waist measurement. Since the metal boning doesn’t give AT ALL, and one can adjust the waist fit by tightening/loosening the lacing, it makes more sense to me to pick the size based on your bust measurement, since that’s the LEAST adjustable area of the corset. Corsets were originally designed to cinch in the WAIST, & they didn’t cover the bust at all. These “bustier corsets” are actually trying to combine two different garments into one; so they either need to be constructed differently, or more details need to be given in the sizing instructions re the differences between one’s bust & waist measurements.I’d give this garment 10 stars for its overall quality, and 0-1 stars for its fit. Averaging those numbers, it would get 5 stars; but I had to subtract one star for those bloody metal stud closures. Sadly, this beautiful but unwearable piece will be going back.

Colors are a royal/rich hue, the claps in front and lace in back are incredibly durable, and the sizing is pretty accurate. I'm 5ft 6in, about 37 bust with 35 waist, and large fits with plenty of ability to make smaller or larger with ease. The very top is slightly loose- but will easily form and fill with a dress shirt underneath. I was worried about not being able to adjust if it was too small or too large but this fit perfectly for me and the colors are BEAUTIFUL! Worth every dime and I look forward to enjoying the corset even after the wedding I bought it for!

I ordered a large in this based on all of the customer reviews. The large was slightly too small - ok no problem. I ordered an XL. The XL came and it was exactly the same. The tag says it's XL, but when I laid out the two corsets - L and XL - they were exactly the same. Now I don't have time to order another top for an event coming up. I had planned for enough time, but not for a wrongly sized top.Also it looks like a lace is missing. It's all knotted on the bottom. Even so when both tops are stretched out together - they're exactly the same. Not sure if ordering a larger size or another XL is best. For the record, I'm 5'7" 165 36DD and hour glass shaped.

Dans le commerce je fais une taille M pour le haut, j'ai commandé une taille L pour ce corset, il me va parfaitement sachant que je compte porter quelque chose en dessous, mais une taille M aurait peut être mieux convenu si je l'avais porté seul.En tout cas la qualité est à la hauteur de mes espérances.Je recommande!

Bellissimo e uguale alle fotografie, comodo (per quanto possa esserlo un corsetto) e facile da indossare, le catene non mi sembrano stabilissime ma le volte che l'ho indossato non mi hanno dato problemi. Taglia giustissima, tempi di consegna ai limiti ma l'attesa ne è valsa la pena!

Habe mir das Korsett in braun nach der Größentabelle in dem Produktbilderkatalog ( Auflistung links vom Bild) ausgesucht und sie passt wie angegossen. Die Ummantelung an den Stäben wirkt wie Leder. Das wirkt zusammen mit dem sehr schönen und gut verarbeiteten Stoff sehr edel.Die Schnürung im Rückenteil ist geteilt in obere und untere Hälfte, was das Korsett optimal anpassbar macht. Die Schnürung ist mit Stoff unterlegt, so daß die Haut dort nicht durchscheint. Auch im Frontbereich findet man eine Unterlegung, auch hier blitzt die Haut nicht durch. Die Haken schließen gut und gehen, wenn man nicht daran fummelt, auch nicht so schnell auf. Insgesamt wirkt das sehr edel und nicht so billig wie manch anderes Korsett. Für mich war auch wichtig, dass die Brust vollständig bedeckt ist. Bei mir und 4XL bei 1,80m Körperlänge paßt dieses Korsett auch in der Beziehung. Selbst wenn ich noch etwas abnehme, kann ich die verlorenen Pfunde durch Schnürung ausgleichen.Es hat sich definitiv jeder Euro gelohnt. Es wurde auch ein String mitgeliefert, obwohl solide verarbeitet aber eher Spielkram;-) Das Korsett wurde in einem Beutel verpackt geliefert, in welchem man es auch wunderbar aufbewahren kann. Das Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einmalig! Hundertprozentige Kaufempfehlung!
