Upfront: I was contacted by the seller to purchase and perform a review on this unit. The seller did agree to reimburse me BEFORE I received the product and a review of the product performed. That right there shows to me that they are standing by their product and not trying to sell junk. I will not have my honest review held hostage.History: I have tried other units in the past. The only product that worked in my very rural area was a Weboost 4g-x that I had purchased for about $900 plus tax. That weboost product was for areas up to 7500 sq ft versus this unit at 4500 sq ft. Pretty significant difference with the surprising results achieved. When the weboost product failed shortly after the warranty expired, I tried reaching out to the company to see if I could just purchase the booster as I had everything still up. No go as they wanted a ridiculous amount to “accommodate” me. Shortly after that my lousy internet provider (F……r), became more stable AFTER I purchased the bonded pair wire setup so I was able to try other options without rushing into anything. As I stated I tried probably three other type units and none would work here. The closest tower I can connect to is approximately 50 miles away due to the mountains blocking signals. I have a 42’ channel master pole with a directional antenna mounted on it. The best signal location happens to be right next to my bedroom window which I will call the "special spot".Review: The unit came with everything in the box without any extra support or separation of pieces. Nothing appeared broken except the power plug male end was bent in a bit but a simple straightening and good to go. Since everything from my old unit was in place, I just replaced the booster (required one large to small adapter that I had from previous units) and plugged her in. Startup was fast and easy. The speeds I received from my internet speed test were comparable to those from the old weboost unit ( see the photo pic 1). I was VERY SURPRISED the unit was able to provide those speeds with ZERO antenna adjustments after all the other units I tried failed. See Pic 2 for the picture of the lights. My unit did display the Automatic Gain Control (AGC) blinking adjusting the gain. Better results could probably be obtained by rotating the antenna. I do have a power antenna that allows me to adjust by a degree or two but for this review I wanted an apples to apples with the old setup.I then replaced my interior antenna with the one provided. No matter where I placed it, I could not get the unit to stabilize the signals (see Video 1 with the lights blinking). I cannot comment on the working ability of the interior antenna. I am disabled so any replacing of the yagi antenna or trying to find the sweet spot for the indoor antenna to work is a bit much on me, especially with how well the unit works with the old setup.I did try the new indoor antenna unit in the special spot. This spot is where I happen to receive the best natural signal which is only a bar or so. The unit with my old setup produced a surprising speed (see Pic 3) which would be great for a hotspot (I have used that location in the past for just that purpose). The new indoor antenna that would not work anywhere else DID WORK in that spot (see Pic 4) which leads me to believe with more work relocating the indoor antenna would be the ticket. As I stated, I am not able to replace the Yagi antenna on the cell tower. It is a superior unit that I did purchase separately back when I got the weboost.I would definitely recommend the booster unit, especially to those that already have a working setup and just need a replacement booster. The unit cost less than ¼ of my old Weboost unit. It works surprisingly well in a very rural area with mountains blocking closer cell tower signals. 50 miles is a decent distance for a unit of this low comparative cost. For extreme locations, I would consider a setup such as mine.

Included pictures of what we received in the box and the inside antenna was damaged slightly I took it completely apart to look at it all the solder welds on it looked good and antenna wasn't separating for anywhere and wasn't damaged mechanically to the point that it would not work. Testing using direct test sticks I was able to see a modern improvement of about 5 megabits down and about 2 megabits up went ahead and decided to go ahead and install it permanently. After installation I was seeing closer to 10 megs down and 10 megs up of what I would expect for the lower frequency LTE speeds. I have straight talk and I use Verizon on my phone and the wife's phone and the kids both use AT&t from straight talk on theirs. We had a bad problem where are the AT&t and T-Mobile signals were not connecting to the right towers and we're two to three times further away than the ones that were close to us because the towers in our area are not optimized for our location. I'm sure that I could get slightly better signal if my mast was slightly taller but I don't want that big of a lightning rod. Going from 0 to 1 bar on our phones in our house to 3 to 4 bars and from 0 download speeds to nearly 10 meg download speeds as you can see from the images is a significant difference. Day one this looks good. I will update my review in 30 days.

I purchased this for stronger signals in my home for when we lose power, and the cable internet goes along with it. I have a generator backup for my entire home but have horrible 5G reception inside installing this has solved this issue completely. Installation was a breeze, but I have been an electrician for over 35 years and had all tools necessary for the install.

Hard to rate this item. I live in a very rural area and could't even talk on my phone without dropping calls. However this did allow me to talk now, I still don't have, but one bar my phone.

Been fighting slow and sporadic cell phone and internet service for several years now since I live far out in the country in an area with very weak coverage. This booster took my cell signal from 2 or occasionally 3 bars to a constant 4! Service is much improved, very happy with this purchase!

I bought this 18 months ago for my office up on north slope of Alaska. Has worked great... but then we had a bad wind and ice storm. Broke external antenna off of molded mount. Reached out to seller and he gave me a link to buy a used antenna which they reimbursed me for. Definitely recommend this seller.
