Excellent replacement. Check your fuse box and pull the fuse first before replacing this component. Simple and easy to do. 2 screws under the steering wheel on both sides, 1 screw under the left side towards the back that attaches to top plastic covering, remove the plastic covering, unplug the harnesses. Place the new component in, plug and reattach the harnesses, screw in the 1 rear screw, re-install the plastic covering, screw in the 2 screws and re-install the fuse. Easy!

Easy swap out and you will need metric tools or just do the conversion for standard tools. Ensure you get all the clips fully inserted prior to putting the steering wheel cover back in place.
