Brass is absolutely the way to go!Handle is long enough to reach the center of the windshield, but short enough to store easily when not in use. It’s slender, but sturdy.The blade cuts right through that stubborn diamond-hard thin coat that forms when it’s bitter cold out. (The kind of ice that plastic scrapers can barely scratch. IYKYK)Cuts easily through the “crustier” variety of ice, too.We live where it gets COLD. Like Mars is occasionally warmer than it is here (not kidding.)Only had it for a couple of weeks so I can’t speak to longevity, sorry.Good price, arrived quickly.Highly recommend.

Followed the instructions, press gently on the windshield glass and scrape the ice away from my body it worked really well and it fits perfectly in my trunk.

So far I've only used it on frost. It takes it off quick and efficiently. I was worried it might cause scratching since I've only used plastic scrapers in the past, but it works way better and my worries were completely put to rest. Its just the right size to even get the frost off my mirrors. So long as the handle holds up I see it being used for many years to come.

This is the best ice scraper I've ever used. It takes a fraction of the effort required by the more mainstream nylon and plastic scrapers.I'd like to see them offered as a combination tool with a telescoping handle and snow brush/squeegee so I only have to carry one tool but it works so much better than the standard offerings and I'll happily carry an extra tool for the speed and simplicity it brings to an unpleasant task.

got this for my 2023 Ram 1500 - has a long enough handle to reach @ least 1/2 way across the windshield - metal blade cuts through a heavy ice build-up without damaging the glass. extremely satisfied with this purchase.

Cleans ice off the windscreen in one go, brass blade doesn't miss any particles, just sweeps away ice in one stroke. Nice long handle so no overstretching, only downside is blade head could be a little wider than the 10cm it is. Great gadget.

Tolles Gerät, handlich und man kommt durch den berlängerten Stil überall hin. Auch gibt es zum abflitschen der Scheibe auf der anderen Seite des Eiskratzers ein Art Lamelle. Sehr praktisch...die Messingklinge ist super...kinderleicht und nahezu blitzschnell kann man auch dick gefrorenes Eis von der Frontscheibe/Seitenscheibe entfernen.
