We received our ladder with the box ripped open in several spots and as I feared some parts must have fallen out. I reached out to the company and they sent another right over. Assembly was OK, I had problems pressing the steps into place but other than that assembly was pretty straightforward. The handles are a bit wobbly and the steps float up a tinny bit but nothing that would hinder use. Our kids love it and so far it's been holding up great.

Easy to assemble. Easy to cut top to height. Steps are deep, wide and comfortable. The upper frame is not super stable but works fine. This has the wide, comfy steps we wanted without taking up lots of room in the pool. Should work with any 48-54" deep above-ground pool.

This went together really easily. LOL I actually let the kids figure it out, they did pretty good. Is very sturdy and won't RUST! I mean really who gives you a metal ladder for a pool and thinks it won't rust out ASAP. I guess job security for the metal ladder makers but really that's getting old. Our last metal ladder only lasted a month before it started rusting out.This one seems like it will hold up to the sun/chemicals/water and kids really well.

We bought this ladder this summer for our above ground 54 inch pool. It is a total disappointment and priced WAY to high for what it is. After only using a few times, while stepping into the pool as I stepped on the top step, the whole ladder portion came off causing me to straddle the steps while falling into the pool. I'm not that big of a person so It's not like a lot of weight was put on it. I believe it has to do with the fact that the ladder floats up from the bottom. I highly regret this purchase.

I needed an inexpensive ladder for our small above ground pool and saw this and decided to try it. It worked out fine. To keep it from floating up i placed two screws through the underside of the top rung into the top of the deck. Ladder is mow stable with no movement up and down or side to side.

I bought this to access an area surrounded by retaining walls. It was the perfect solution as opposed to an access ladder (metal) that requires bolting into concrete and was far more expensive. Hung it over the edge and its sturdy and durable without the worry of corrosion.
