We used the nail gun one time and used less than 1 roll of nails and it locked up and now we can’t use it. We spent all this money to buy the nailer and now the only way to get it fixed is to spend more money.

I bought the Metabo 1 3/4” coil mail box (3600 nails in 12 coils - 4.4 mm by 2.33 mm Metabo part number 13363HPT) that Amazon recommended I purchase with this gun. Gun ripped head off nail. Thought there was problem since the side nail feed cover didn’t want to click down. Seems that the flat head is too large in diameter? It’s like a roofing nail bead. But no tech support appears available?? What the heck is going on. Where do I find info or help with this problem?

Nice nailer but did fire nails into wood completely used a 2.5 nail fired about 50 nails and would leave about 1/4 of the nail sticking out.
