The switch fit and all functions worked on a 1998 Ford Ranger Splash. The original switch automatic turn-off feature failed. The automatic turn-off for this new switch works fine. The centering mechanism is slightly loose but doesn't harm the switch functions. Installation went ok but it takes time to manipulate and remove the upper and lower plastic pieces that enclose the switch.

My turn signals weren’t working at all but my windshield wipers were. Did my research and ordered this part. Installing was very simple. Once I got it installed I tested it and it worked perfectly.

It didn't solve my turn signal issue I ended up buying an aftermarket complete turn signal setup for like a Polaris

The wipers do not work, but there are other problems with this pickup, mostly mice have pissed on everything and corroded many of the connectors, so I do not believe the fault is with this switch. Anyway, the turn signals, hazard lights, and dimmer work perfectly.

It works and fits and was fast, but the signal arm is lower than the imoriginal position for a Ranger by about 1.5". Otherwise happy. I will get used to it.
