The original was causing my high beams to flash every time I would turn on my left right signals. Very annoying. Thought it was going to be a headache to replace in 2008 pilot but wasn't too bad. Three screws from bottom of steering column cover, split it, two screws to hold stalk, pried a little bit on inner edge of stalk outwards towards car door, removed wiring harness, perfect fit on new, slid stalk back into place, replaced two screws, refit cover, three more screws. Done. I could do it in 10 minutes the second time if I needed. More like a half hour the first time. All things function as new.

dont buy this part it does not work at all what a waste money just go with oem instead!!

This unit was suggested by Honda Element forum for the titled purpose. No modification to the switch assy itself is not required upon installation.Fit/finish/operation is on par with genuine Honda switch stack.

Product does the job. Here's a hint... for the 2007 Honda Fit you need loosen the steering column to remove the old switch and insert the new one. Look on line for the procedure.

I actually returned this as I found the problem was something else before it arrived. Looked like an well made piece and if I had to buy again I would.
