If you are trying to clamp down a turbo boot that needs to be tight at 4 inch’s your out of luck! They will not squeeze tight enough to clamp four inch’s even though it’s stated on description

These are some nice heavy duty stainless steel hose clamps with a nylon center locking nut. I got two of the 44mm to 50 mm outside diameter clamps and tightened them with a 10 mm socket. I found I could also use a 13/32 socket. I have not put these on a hose yet but the diameter started out at just over 2 inches and when fully clamped down it was about 1 and 9/16's of an inch. As the saying goes "your mileage may vary" since these weren't actually around a hose.

When you need the connection to be air tight, dont rely on the screw in type clamp. the design of these will not cut or compromise the pipe, and will apply pressure evenly.Even compared to the OEM clamp, this has more coverage.
