It took us 30 minutes to figure out how to put the second level in, because there were no instructions. We had to look at the photo online. Also, I did not realize there was no wheel, no bowl, nothing, just the slide and the cage. For this price it is not worth it.

I like how easy this pet cage was to put together. The instructions that were included were very easy and clear to follow. It is a good size for 1 or 2 gerbils. It has a 100% clear transparency throughout the entire cage, which allows you to see your pet through the cage easily at any time. It seems to be well-made and easy to clean too.

the cage was smaller than I expected, but big enough for a small critter. the quality is ok.I was disappointed that the exterior bath attachment didn't come with it, as I found out later it's sold separately. I feel duped by the false advertisement, and will return it for that reason.

I recently purchased this 2-floor hamster and guinea pig cage, and I couldn't be happier! The transparent acrylic design allows me to see my pets easily, which makes for great interaction. a pretty great cage but i think it’s too small for a rat as it’s advertised. he has enough room sure but i dont think it gives him enough space to enjoy being in it really. the 6 inches at the bottom is great for burrowing and bedding but again i think the dimensions are too small for a rat. (i originally planned on getting a hamster so i bought this, but fell in love with my sweet boy) i do like the platform that is comes with as well! it’s great for separating his food/ water so he doesn’t get his poop niblets in it
