I have to give some credit to the manufacturer because it's nice to see a battery capacity that it's super exaggerated like a ton of others out there that claim 6000 mAh (for the record, the OEM one in my controller was 1500 mAh. I don't know if this is really a 20000 mAh battery but the runtime was excellent and I didn't have to recharge for a couple of days. The screwdriver is a nice addition but it's pretty dinky and I used my iFixit driver bit set to take my controller apart. Lot's of helpful step by step videos out there. The hardest part is opening the controller plastic parts without breaking the clips. The actually battery swap was super straight forward. Take your time and be patient with it!

I love it has both style plugs. This means you don't have to try and figure out which battery is need for your controller. What surprised me more was the fact they came with tools for installation.
