Larger size is great for adding extra ingredients and rigid metal is more durable than the mesh variety that is easily damaged, smashed. Submerged diffuser does not block cup for shipping like the handled style. Locking mechanism is made for the long haul! Very happy with this purchase! It’s basic, but it has superior performance as an infuser!

Great little infusers. They clip/close nice and tight. the holes aren't too big, or too small. The quality is solid, and they will get the job done for sure.Super easy to use and clean. Nice and light. . . Not exactly sure what they were going for with the design of the part that clips to the mug, but it's definitely easy enough to make work. . . Perfect size as well that holds the right amount of tea for a good solid cup.

Its decent. The only complaint is that the holes are too large some of the tea comes out the holes. Thats all though.

Like many, I am trying to stop using microplastic-tea bags, so I bought these to use with my Twinings loose tea. Unfortunately, the holes are too large so the finer tea particles leak through into my cup and down the drain into our septic system which is a no-no. I'm going back to the fine mesh strainer that works better.

this is great for loose leaf tea! it’s really sturdy, easy to use, and easy to clean. i’ve put mine in the dishwasher and it does fine in there. i don’t taste metal in the tea which is great. works well and i can’t complain!

It works but the thing sometimes drags the chain in the cup because it's short and the opener is so pointy it hurts when you push it to open it. Works good though

I used this with nettle tea and ended up with a lot of tea escaping the infuser and floating in my cup. Might work ok for teas that don’t have smaller particles.

These work pretty well. They’re perfect for when I make my tea using fresh peppermint leaves, but when I use dried peppermint I end up with little pieces of peppermint in my tea. If the holes were a bit smaller it would be better.
