Am 92 and sew very frequently, the heads are bright and easily seen, and the length is perfect for good security. Love them, have used them all the time, and make great small gifts. They are easy to handle, do not bend easily, Avery good buy for the money. I will continue to buy as small gifts. I have used them for decorations, too. If you need to secure something, they are pretty, too.

These pins were terrible! The did NOT have smooth shanks! The points were so dull they would not go thru even one layer of fabric without snaggining! Threw them out!

Good product for the money. Easy to use but plastic tops come off more than I like and the tips not always sharp and catch on fabric.

HAVE CARPAL TUNNEL SO PINS WITH THE SMALL PIN HEADS CAN BE HARD TO PICK UP OR KNOW WHETHER OR NOT I HAVE ACTUALLY PICKED IT UP.BUT THESE BIG COLORFUL TOPS MAKE IT EASY TO PICK UP AND KNOW YOU GOT IT BECAUSE THE PIN HEAD SO BIG YOU CAN SEE IT BETWEEN YOUR FINGERS.

These pins bend easily when used to secure two pieces of fabric. I piece quilts a lot and have been disappointed with the sturdiness of these pins. Apparently the metal was not hardened properly, or a cheaper metal was used. Either way they have not been a good investment.
