Easy to use, I lover the functionality of this rolling pin for baking pies, or any dough like substance. Doesn't stick to the roll, easy to clean after use. Its very solid made no splitting of the wood after many uses. Worth every penny we paid for this.

Purchased four rolling pins. All four were 11 inches long despite being advertised as 12 inches. Sent them back.
