These are much smaller than I expected. They seem to be made of stainless steel and have held up through saltwater fishing. I have had none of these brand fail me on this trip. Some competitors brands have not held up, straightened out, or rusted into uselessness. I would buy these again, but in a slightly larger size.

Very nice snaps but smaller than I expected and kinda difficult to open n close. Once again the sizes are metric not imperial. These companies need to use an American ruler as on of the product images. It would make life much easier on us older folk that don’t know or understand metric.

Since I bass fish, I ordered the smallest (14 lb. size). It is much too small and hard to work with. I could not open it with my fingers, and when I tried to use some small pliers I ended up bending it and could then not close it properly. Not good quality.

I purchased the 25# & 30# they’re super strong and love that they’re not flimsy so opening and closing them are a bit hard, I rather have that than having them open with a good fish.
